Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If you place a big or wholesale order please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing as bigger orders take longer as everything is handmade.
Tracking numbers will be given once orders are finished processing. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at: thebathfarm2020@gmail.com
Yes you can as long as the order has not been shipped. If your ordered already shipped we do not allow cancellations.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thebathfarm2020@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will vary depending what part of the United States you are located in. Most orders should arrive in 2-5 business days, but please expect delays during Holiday Season.
If my products arrive damaged what can be done?
If a bath bomb or shower steamer arrives broken they can still be used. Sometimes even with all the fragile stickers the mail carriers are not so careful. Please note we do not offer refunds or replacements when this occurs. If an item that is not listed above in this section arrives damaged please email us directly.
